Website forms are intended for business and project inquiries and should not be used to send Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.

Website form submissions and direct inquiries are delivered only to Maarit Durity for review and response. Other SoFloWeb helpers do not receive website inquiries simply because they assist with client work.

We do not disclose a client’s or prospective client’s name, contact details, business information, or project details to another provider for that provider’s own use unless the person gives explicit written permission by email or text. When a client asks for an introduction or is interested in speaking with another provider, we will confirm permission before sharing the person’s name and contact information.

Hosting, form-delivery, email, telephone, scheduling, security, and similar technical providers may process limited information only as necessary to operate those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect a person, SoFloWeb, the website, or our legal rights.

Email, Telephone, and Text Messages

If someone asks us to respond by email, telephone, or text, we use the provided information for that conversation and related project communication. Submitting a form does not enroll the person in an unrelated marketing list. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchasing services and can be withdrawn by telling us to stop.

This website links to outside websites and platforms that operate under their own privacy practices. SoFloWeb is not responsible for how an external website collects, uses, or protects information after a visitor leaves our site.
