STRATEGIC WEBSITE REDESIGN & REBUILD

Website Redesign &
Rebuild Services

We redesign and rebuild business websites when the current site no longer represents the company, supports its customers, or gives the business a dependable foundation for what comes next.

MORE THAN A VISUAL REFRESH

A Better Website Begins With the Right Scope

A redesign should solve the problems people can see and the structural problems they cannot. Before changing a layout, we review the existing pages, navigation, mobile behavior, editing experience, forms, templates, content relationships, and ownership conditions that affect the finished result.

Some websites need a focused redesign. Others have accumulated enough limitations that rebuilding cleanly is the more responsible choice. We explain that distinction before work begins so the project is not sold as a cosmetic update when the underlying system also needs attention.

REDESIGN WITH PURPOSE

PROTECT WHAT WORKS
COMMON REASONS BUSINESSES REBUILD

The Problems Usually Extend Beyond the Homepage

A website can look dated and still contain valuable material. It can also look modern while remaining difficult to navigate, edit, or expand. The review separates surface problems from structural ones.

Dated Visual System

Typography, spacing, imagery, page composition, and calls to action no longer reflect the quality or direction of the business.

Confusing Navigation

Visitors have to interpret internal company language or search through unrelated pages before they can find the right information.

Weak Mobile Layouts

The desktop version may be passable while headings, buttons, forms, media, and page order become awkward on smaller screens.

Hard-to-Edit Pages

Rigid templates, inherited shortcuts, or inconsistent page construction make routine updates slower and riskier than they should be.

Fragmented Templates

Years of unrelated additions leave the website with competing styles, duplicated elements, and no dependable system for new pages.

Structural Limitations

The current build cannot support the content, locations, user paths, or administrative control the business now requires.

A Rebuild Should Not Erase What Still Works

Replacing a website without first documenting its useful parts can create unnecessary losses. We inventory the current URLs, forms, downloadable materials, images, page relationships, account access, and content that still serves a purpose before deciding what should move, improve, consolidate, or retire.

The new build is completed in a staging environment so the existing site can remain available while templates, pages, navigation, responsive behavior, and editing controls are assembled and reviewed. Necessary URL changes are mapped rather than left to chance.

This approach gives the business a cleaner result without treating the old website as if nothing on it had value.

REBUILDS FROM OTHER BUILDERS AND CMS PLATFORMS

Moving Into Elementor Pro Requires a Structured Rebuild

Some websites already use WordPress but depend on a builder the company no longer wants. Others run on Drupal, Joomla, Webflow, Squarespace, Duda, an agency-owned platform, or an older custom content management system. These systems store layouts, templates, content, and functionality differently, so a dependable move into Elementor Pro is a rebuild—not a promise that incompatible page data will convert cleanly.

We inventory the current pages, URLs, content, forms, media, tracking, integrations, structured data, and demonstrated search visibility before construction begins. The replacement is built and tested in staging, with useful material preserved and outdated dependencies removed only after the new website has been verified.

The platform itself is not the only decision. The rebuild must also improve how the business publishes, protects ownership, maintains the website, supports future pages, and measures what happens after launch.

Bricks & Breakdance

Bricks and Breakdance templates, global controls, responsive settings, queries, and dynamic elements are documented before equivalent pages and reusable components are rebuilt in Elementor Pro.

Divi, WPBakery, Beaver & Oxygen

Modules, shortcodes, theme relationships, reusable layouts, and styling dependencies are reviewed so the old WordPress builder is not removed before the replacement is complete.

Drupal & Joomla to WordPress

Drupal and Joomla are separate content management systems. We map approved content, URLs, users, forms, and required functionality into a new WordPress structure rather than treating the project as a visual export.

Hosted Website Builders

GoDaddy Website Builder, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Duda, Weebly, and Hostinger websites are reviewed for reusable content, established URLs, forms, media, tracking, and ownership requirements before an editable WordPress and Elementor Pro website replaces them.

Proprietary Agency Platforms

When a website is tied to a provider-owned system, we identify what the business can export or document and rebuild the necessary pages and functions without carrying the same dependency into the new site.

Older Custom CMS Websites

Outdated or unsupported custom systems require a careful content and functionality inventory. The new build keeps what still serves the business while replacing fragile or unmaintainable construction.

WEBSITE REDESIGN PROCESS

The Rebuild Is Planned Before the Old Site Is Replaced

The sequence keeps the project understandable and gives each major decision a clear reason.

01

Existing Site Review

We document current pages, templates, functionality, mobile issues, access, useful assets, and the constraints causing the most friction.

02

Scope Decision

We determine whether the project is a targeted redesign, a full rebuild, or a phased combination—and explain why.

03

Architecture & Page Plan

Navigation, page roles, user paths, content needs, and reusable components are organized before visual production expands.

04

Visual System

The approved SoFloWeb process establishes typography, color use, imagery, spacing, buttons, and responsive behavior for the redesigned site.

05

WordPress Rebuild

Pages and reusable components are built in WordPress with practical editing controls and careful responsive implementation.

06

Launch Verification

Forms, links, media, page behavior, redirects, access, and the published site are checked before the transition is considered complete.

REDESIGN, REBUILD, OR FOCUSED REPAIR

The Right Recommendation Depends on What Is Actually Broken

These project types overlap, but they are not interchangeable. The existing build determines which approach protects the business best.

Focused Redesign

Best when the website has a sound technical structure but needs clearer page composition, updated presentation, and improved responsive behavior.

Full Website Rebuild

Best when inherited limitations, inconsistent templates, weak editing controls, or accumulated shortcuts would compromise a surface-only redesign.

Phased Rebuild

Best when the business needs a controlled transition that addresses the highest-priority pages first without pretending every problem can be solved at once.

CLEAR ANSWERS BEFORE WORK BEGINS

The right recommendation depends on the actual website, available access, business requirements, and the condition of the material involved.

QUESTIONS BUSINESS OWNERS ASK

A redesign changes how the website presents information and guides visitors. A rebuild replaces or substantially restructures the underlying page system as well. Many established websites need both because the visible problems are tied to inherited templates, editing limitations, or inconsistent construction.

In most projects, yes. We build and review the replacement in a staging environment while the existing public website remains available. A planned launch then replaces the old site after the new version has been tested. Hosting, domain, or access conditions can affect the exact sequence.

Yes. We inventory assets and content before rebuilding. Material that remains accurate and useful can be transferred, improved, reorganized, or incorporated into the new structure rather than discarded automatically.

Not necessarily, and it should not happen without a reason. Existing URLs are reviewed individually. When a URL must change, the old address should be mapped to the most relevant new destination with an appropriate redirect.

We look at the current templates, responsive behavior, editing experience, performance constraints, plugin and theme conditions, page consistency, access, and future requirements. A rebuild is recommended when repairing around those limitations would create more risk or ongoing friction than replacing them cleanly.

Timing depends on the number and condition of existing pages, approvals, content readiness, functionality, access, and the extent of the rebuild. The proposal defines the expected phases and responsibilities after we review the actual site.

Yes. The website is built in WordPress and Elementor so approved page content remains editable. We also structure recurring elements deliberately so routine updates do not require rebuilding each page from scratch.

The client should have appropriate administrative access to the website, domain, hosting, and licensed assets according to the agreement. Ownership and continuing third-party costs are documented rather than left ambiguous.

Yes. We can rebuild websites from Drupal, Joomla, Webflow, Squarespace, Duda, proprietary systems, older custom CMS platforms, and WordPress builders such as Bricks, Breakdance, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery, Oxygen, and Gutenberg. The new website is reconstructed in WordPress with Elementor Pro because the original platform’s layouts and templates do not become native Elementor elements automatically. Useful content, URLs, forms, tracking, and verified functionality are inventoried and tested as part of the rebuild.
